📖✨ About This Daniel in the Lions’ Den Coloring Page
Daniel kneels in prayer between two lions inside a curved den opening. The lions are drawn with friendly faces, allowing families to introduce the Bible story without a frightening chase or attack. Their different positions create separate spaces for manes, paws, and tails. The page works best alongside an age-appropriate retelling that emphasizes Daniel and the story rather than asking children to imagine danger.
🎨 Color Ideas for Daniel in the Lions’ Den
Try golden coats and darker manes for the lions. Give Daniel’s robe a contrasting blue or green, and use light brown around the den. Leave the background pale enough for the figures to stand out.
💛 A Small Activity to Share
Find the two lions and Daniel’s joined hands. Ask the child to retell the part they remember after hearing the story. A small drawing of a peaceful sky outside the den can be added later.
