A Swing Beneath the Stadium Lights
The raised ball and the player's extended bat lead the eye upward through the scene. Her turning body and long ponytail add movement, while the light towers and fence establish a larger field setting. This is a full hitting picture, unlike the simpler batter portrait where the player waits with the bat near her shoulder.
Keep the Ball Clear Against the Sky
Choose a bright ball color and a paler sky so the curved motion lines remain visible. The uniform can use two club colors, repeated in the visor or shoes. A quieter shade for the fence will frame the action without competing with the face, and light gray can pick out the small circles in the stadium lamps.
Imagine a Moment in a Friendly Game
Give the player an original team name on a separate caption card and decide what the crowd beyond the fence might be doing. You can coordinate this sheet with the diving-catch or base-running picture to make a little game story. The drawing leaves the result of the hit open, giving the coloring activity room for your own ideas.
